Our Story
Galatians Consulting Group was founded in 2019 on a simple idea: small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same caliber of strategic and operational guidance that large enterprises take for granted. In 2025, founder Alex Watson began actively rebuilding the practice, bringing hands-on experience in sales operations, process automation, and business growth strategy to a new generation of clients ready to scale.

With over two decades of experience leading initiatives in dynamic, fast-moving environments, I bring a results-driven approach to stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and continuous process improvement. I thrive on translating ambiguity into structure—partnering closely with business leaders to define goals, build the plan, and drive it to completion.
I work across internal teams and external partners to design and execute strategic growth initiatives, build performance metrics and reporting frameworks, and turn data into actionable insight. Recent work includes leading the effort to secure a major contract with a national supplier, managing the expansion into untapped markets, and driving measurable gains in customer satisfaction and retention through process improvements.
I believe strong execution starts with strong relationships, clear communication, and a relentless focus on results.
